The training is suitable for beginners and experienced mountaineers with a desire to cross more technical mountain terrain.

Program:

1.  Choice of personal equipment / clothing, backpacks, poles, food ...../

2. Hazards in the summer mountains, risk management

3. Crossing terrain requiring the use of alpine equipment /ropes, saddles, straps, carabiners .../

4. Making alpine knots

5. Crossing the rope railing

6. Descent of a rappel

7. Orientation with and without map and compass. Types of markings

8. Making a bivouac.

9. Carrying a casualty by manual means.

10. Basic climbing skills.
