3. Crossing terrain requiring the use of alpine equipment /ropes, saddles, straps, carabiners .../

4. Making alpine knots

5. Crossing the rope railing

6. Descent of a rappel

7. Orientation with and without map and compass. Types of markings

8. Making a bivouac.

9. Carrying a casualty by manual means.

10. Basic climbing skills.

Cassandra peninsula is the westernmost and closest to Sofia arm of the Chalkidiki peninsula. A place popular for its beautiful its beaches and the clear waters of the Aegean Sea.

Kayaks/SUP Sithonia is the middle arm of the Chalkidiki peninsula, located between the peninsulas of Kassandra and Mount Athos. About 400 km south of Sofia. An exotic place surrounded by small islets, wild beaches and clear waters. Diaporos Island is the largest island next to it.
